ARRIVAL

Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment to allow for you to complete a client consultation card.  Arriving late will only lessen our time spent with you as we endeavor to keep on schedule for our clients.

We ask that you turn your mobile phone off and we also request that minors have alternative arrangements for child minding as courtesy to other clients and for the care and safety of them.

SCHEDULING APPOINTMENTS

Credit card details are required for all weekend, group and 2hr duration bookings.

CANCELLATION POLICY

In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we request at least 24hrs notice be given.  Appointments that are cancelled with less than 24hrs notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee and less than 2hrs notice or failure to keep an appointment (no shows) will result in a charge for the complete listed price for each service.

For Group Bookings, 48hrs notice is required for change or cancellation of appointment.
